Mats aren't standard on the 200, and are expensive from Renault. But they are on order, don't worry :)
The Clio badge is staying, I'm not messing with this one. ;)
Good to meet you too mate :)
Yeah I was careful with the rain drops, managed to dodge them quite well I feel ;) It was warm sunshine over here too, once we passed our photo point on the way back the sun came out!
Will look forward to seeing your pics :)
Link the permanent live to the switched input of the stereo but make sure you fit a 12v surge protector so that the head unit remains protected.
Oh and remember to disconnect and 'make safe' the no longer required switched feed.
If you wanted to get really technical you could use the...
Just thought I'd add a few better pics of the 200.
I'm a point and shoot kinda guy and the car has 200+ miles worth of filth on it! :o
Anyway, enjoy...
Just a bit of a last minute thing for the NWers, I plan on not heading to the Chester meet and instead doing the meet in the Yorkshire section (click me).
It's a bit closer to home and more of the roads that I'm familiar with.
Sounds good to me, except I'll probably meet you at Denholme mate and convoy back ;)
Will fire a thread over in the NW section to see if anyone fancies tagging along. I've asked Carl too.
I can lead over some country roads towards and around Colne if you like, but I'm not sure if you'll already be familiar with them or not?
Weather looks appalling to be fair so I'm not wanting a 'drive' as such, just a casual convoy.
I ordered mine 19th of April and I was quoted the first full week in July so to be fair it was only about one week late. It arrived Monday and I collected it Wednesday night.
FYI after the ETA of the car, Renault still have 28 days to fulfill the order before you're entitled to moan about the...
I'd be up for this Mike, if I don't do Chester :)
Quite fancy getting out and stretching her legs on some roads I'm familiar with.
Oh and I think carvery is £6.50 @ Langroyd on a Sunday mate.
Wow, overwhelmed with the positive responses - thanks everyone! :D
Just been out on a 2 hour 'drive' and have to say I simply love it - I need to get used to those Brembos quickly though, more stopping power than the 182 ever had! :o
It's still raining/thundering on and off here, but...
Thanks everyone - love it! :D
As Gaz says they are night and day in comparison to the 182. Much more refined, more solid, smoother power and an all round better feel.
Haven't done many miles yet but feels very smooth on the road so far :)
Doesn't look good that mate, really needs diagnosing professionally.
Looks like some kind of electrical fault.
Immob light should definitely extinguish when trying to start the car.
