ok guys can anyone shed any light my car ticks over lumpy and now and then goes to stall me and da have had a look and there is shuddering from the engine and there is a poping from exhaust cheers

i have a buzzing sound coming from the black casing on the throttle body, me and da had a look and i ended up taking the body off and cleaning it ect, but this hasnt solved it, car ticks over lumpy and stalls when started from cold and seems down on power also had the emissions light on...

when do you hear this? is it on idle with bonnet up or is bonnet down if its that problem would it sound like a disel when driving it?

i feel for you mate .but there is only going to be one outcome especially as you are in the probationary period of your driving which i beleive lasts 2 years, and if you get a ban or 6 points during this period your license will be revoked by dvla. you then will have to wait a year before u can...
