Nah your right, there was massive dangers when filling up the Mini, static build up on the lining could cause sparks and BOOOOM. But and Mini just going up in flames sounds a bit strange to me.
Nope, didn t even get a sport clutch, just a standard 16v/williams one. Should have up-graded really. Well fuk it, I can get them fitted for 100 labour, So ill give it ago when i get my car back and if it breaks again, sport clutch it is.
I suppose its generally just a good car to buy.
Most car for your money! Good looking, all the gadgets available, reliable, comes in most engine sizes to suit all needs, dont depricate too much unlike other cars available to the market etcetc.
mmm....perhaps its the ESSEX, no offence, BoyRacer area you live in. Essex is renouned for their blonde gals, boy racer cars(mainly fords) and er...snooker.
it shattered i think, could hear springs flying all over the place and some lovely crunching noise. Infact i remember it happening and i could still drive it for about a mile with the clutch then more spring and crunching noise. Was really weird, almost like it cracked and half of it shattered...
When i first got my 16v i tried to race a 106 GTi off the lights, Was dry so took it up to 3-4k and let loose and my clutch blew up! v.v.embarrassing and expensive, and wont be doing it again! Why would this be? On the way out or too much stress?

But you can see its all about the gears! When the corolla changes gear it drops back, then the 172 changes and he drops back, then the corolla tops out again and drops back and the 172...
i have two friends who have bought new clios in the past 6 months(1 month between). They both were v.excited about their new cars and drove them lots from day one, both doing the samish milage.
However one was a Boy and one was a Girl. Now when the two cars are put next to each other the girls...
What would you boys go for? Cooper S or CTR??? All aspects must be accounted for, looks, handling, speed.
Personally i would go for the Cooper S as they look good(better than the ugly thing), they dooo handle well from experience and they may not be rapid, but they are pokey enough before...
Porsche GT2. tried to overtake him on the Marlow Bybass. He decided it wasnt a good idea, and toasted me, badly. Couldnt see him within seconds.
And yeh, its worth havin a go just to see what they are capable of. I like to see these fast cars accel from 50 or 60. They look mental.
