I have FK coilovers lowered at about 70mm. Rides as good as standard really..generally its bumpier but it doesnt crash like the OE dampers. Generally the more you spend on suspension the better its going to be. Id look to replace the dampers on your car as the suspension set up is a bit pants...

If you cant afford a decent one dont buy one. Its worth getting a full face one incase you ever go in a Caterham or the like, plus you wont look like a gay. Its not like you cant borrow helmets from tracks if you cant afford a decent one yet. -Rob
