Depends which way the car is facing with regards to the slope. If the car is facing downhill and you leave it in 1st then it will roll down the hill. Put it in reverse and it wont.

They all idle lumpy to be fair, the post cat lambda is for the emissions really. Does it otherwise run ok?
No they're not related I wouldn't have thought.
Try clearing the t--- by resetting it and see if it reappears.
The emissions warning light is probably the post cat lambda.
The twitchy behaviour is quite normal due to the tyre width and other factors. It all depends to what level it's doing it.
Torque steer can be unbearable on bumpy/uneven road surfaces.

I changed my ball joints at the weekend, very simple job just the pinch bolts were a little awkward!
