As said above the wider track is only due to the offset of the wheels
Ive got a Mk2 172 and as much as i love the concept of the Cup dont think i could live without the extras, not just the toys but important things like ABS
Mines forsale id accept £7500 but not a penny less...
Just a matter of making sure the botton of the light cluster is behind the metal lip upstand along the bumper line and ensuring the prongs are in line with the screw holes
Half the mk 1 clios I see on the roads dont have the clusters fitted correct probs after changing a bulb, you might...
Have you checked the wheel isnt ever so slightly buckled on the inside rim causing a slow leak
If youve driven the car from new it unlikely but still a possibility?
The external temperature gauge is built into the underside of the passenger mirror on the mk1s aswell
Have you now got manual mirrors or electric M3s now?
Sounds like youve defo got your heart set on this so this is what id do
Say you sell the 172 & 182 clear the loan plus have about 3k left over id keep the ktec valver as it is in terms of engine, brakes, suspension and respray it as you say coz the current colours crap. Using your hybrid swop...
The water driping is just moisture that condenses during the night inside the pipework as it cools down, the smoke is just steam that evaporates as the exhaust heats up gradually from cold
By the sound of things they havent welded fully round the new section they have put in which is just poor...
Didnt realise youve already got the car
You shoudnt have to get your wallet out at all
A clio 182 with cup packs should have spolier, splitter, wheels and suspension on when you got it
Youd complain if the stereo was missing for example, this is no different just cosmetic
As i said above...
I hate to see people get walked over by reno - its up to you to get as much as you can for your money
If they say you cant have one just simply insist that the car is put to the manufacturers specification ie with the splitter attached
From my experience of reno staff at my local garages...
Dont think the carbon splitter would suit the blue IMO
Clearance will be fine, speed bumps are not a problem
They look crap colour coded, they suit the black grill and fog light surrounds very nicely standard
If you dont get one off reno your just robbing yourself coz your entitled to one...

Defo get them to put the splitter put back on coz that cars got the spoiler pack so it should come with the splitter fitted
The previous owners probs took it off to sell seperate
As said above these arent cheap from reno...
The guy was on here a while back trying to sell the car
He made some huge bhp clain then and got rightly flamed coz the mods he had wouldnt have even made 200bhp
He couldnt prove anything the last time about figures/printouts etc doubt much has changed
He was one of those +12bhp induction...
Probs a broken wire in the back of your dash somewhere
When i got my old 16v the heater fan didnt work, i just took the windscreen wiper blades off and the panel under them and got in that way to fix it
You defo dont want the demonstrater itll have been driven hard from cold since day one. I would never touch a ex-demo
The road camber thing from reno is crap, surely a car would pull to the left if it was the slope on the road surface causing it?
Is it to late to reject the car?
Sounds like lenses to me
Theyre about £20 a pair new or
