Id bet money youve got a cracked spring if your cars sitting on a slant. If its been like that for months when was the MOT? coz it wouldnt pass an MOT with a cracked spring
Your car is smooth with the bump strips removed but not smooth as in euro style so id say 15s were a big NO. Think your best/most affordable option is getting your rear arches rolled cos IMO you should get 17s. Coilovers would be class but obviously they arent cheap - its a tough 1

I bought a Janspeed purpose made stainless steel system for my valver, it was £150 from the cat back. Totally silent system, 76mm tail pipe fits really snug under the rear bumper. I prefer engine/induction noise to a loud exhaust noise aswell...

I got my valver bump strips and rear spioler colour coded for £80, then £50 for a flush boot. Mine was done properly aswell: plastic surface treated, primed, sprayed, the baked in the oven to set the paint. Definately try a back lane sprayer coz they live in the real world
