Jack the car up and see if you can find the manufacturer of the springs on them, and post a piccy. Im sure at least one person will have the same on here.

Yup, you have to treat yourself sometimes!
I have k-tec ones, and its a bit of a bodge job, it may of been my fault but then they should be easier to fit :D

Generally people are going to recommened what they own..
Have you thought of phoning each of the mentioned manufacturers and asking them why you should buy their exhaust? Generally unless you spend big bucks minimal gains are to be had, so just focus on what looks/sounds nice.

Youll be lucky to get insured on the 1.4, id personally get a 1.2 and begin the search of getting second hand parts to making it a valver replica.
Most insurance companies dont allow mods until your 18/19, the only one i know who doesnt mind is Liverpool Victoria, but theyre premiums are high...
Its not only for that dealer, my extreme was produced for a limited time opposed to a limited amount of cars. I really like the Flame Red, shame it wasnt a colour option when i got mine.

Rob youre right, the engine note changes quite a bit, i presume that section of the revs ranges is where max bhp is. If i drive through busy places and go all the way to the 6000rpm limit (i think thats it) you hear the sound bouncing off peoples cars and the buildings around you.

Ive only used k-tec. Great website, they seem professional and David clearly can be trusted. Theyve got everything i need. Communication problem needs to be addressed, and their photocopy instructions are a bit pants.
