As Dink says, there is no need for extra wiring or relays. All you need to do is link the two remotes on the headlight and fog relays, once you've worked out the terminal numbers.
Well stop and battery light mean the alternator isn't charging the battery so possibly an Aux belt issue as that also drives the water pump and PAS pump.
Yes they are basically plug and play.
To keep fully legal you do need the auto-levellers and washers, but the headlights themselves are very simple to fit.
