Pretty sure it was for a short period than that. Late 04/ early 05, and ran through to the campus sport in 07.
But as said they are PH3 Facelift alloys. The PH3 should have the newer engine and a different front bumper.
Try ebay, and clio16valver, possibly the VAG forums as well.
Mine will be going up for sale after FCS, but they wont be as cheap as originals as they have been powdercoated and cleaned/waxed every weekend of ownership.
I was thinking of traveling down with the NE, It might be worth considering the NW lot meeting up first and then meeting them for the way down as I know a few of us are staying at Travelodge Alwalton.

But you'd still need to sand it so the plastic primer will key to the plastic. Plastic primer is for plastic's as it is slightly flexible, It doesn't mean that it requires no sanding.
If you dont sand it whats the primer going to key too. High Build primer would be better than standard primer but you'd still need to sand the item so the primer can key.
If you're going to do anything get a shorter front plate. It will look a million times better.
Other than that probably leave it as it is or get some coilovers and some 15"s.
edit: this is my 90mm height plate on a ph3 bumper:
I'm missing half an arch liner and the tyre rubs on the other half of the arch liner under cornering. It's worn the arch liner down a fair bit but it passed fine. Not even an advisory on it.
Yep, I do always question myself if I'm doing it correctly. I remember the effort you put into your winter detail aswell and the paint looked mint then. What are you using on the glass these days? The GTechniq stuff?
You'll want to buy 676 Black. IIRC it's called Pearl Black and yes use grey primer.
edit: quick search shows 676 is Pearl Black like I said: http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?544880-HELP-on-Colour-Coding-Mk2-Ph2-04-reg-Dynamique
Awesome as always. Following on from Boosh's correction thread it amazes me how much damage can be inflicted without the right washing procedures and accessories.
Take it into an apple store and they will remove the lint that gets stuck in the jack. It happened to me and the jack wouldn't go in so lost control of the in-line control on the earphones. FOC as well.
