Don't cable tie it, if they're new mounts there is no need. Was the exhaust replaced after the bump? Is it possible that the exhaust was damaged/bent in some way?

Seriously, wait! I drove my 1.2 for nearly 4 years to build up my no claims in order to be able to insure a 182 for less than £500 a year! That amount of money on TPF&T is just silly IMO.

For those in the need... 7700424339 @ £18.41 + VAT each. I replaced both of mine at the weekend and it made a massive improvement on the exhaust wobble! :)

Wear and tear on a 2.5 year old car wouldn't wash with me, and they can only invalidate the warranty on the parts you have modified.

Surely if it's 2.5years old then the calipers are still covered by warranty? As for brakes needing replacing after 18 thousand, well if the calipers seized then yeah but if not then no chance in normal road use!
