I've had the new discs for months now, but haven't got round to fitting them due to being unsure as to the torx size of the screw holding the disc to the hub. I've heard anything from tx20 to tx40 so can anyone say for definite what size they are and is there a Torque setting they need...
in reality the sunstrip (assuming it's not mahoosive) should be less of a reason than the front tints (assuming they're illegal), as above you need a new uncle! lol!
aftermarket 'bulbs' are just brighter or whiter mate, whereas a xenon lamp gives a more natural light, closer to daylight improving clarity and detail.
the basic principles will be the same mate, there may just be slight differences between the 16v and 8v models. Mine is 8v and I think it's basically the same regardless.
bumper £100 ish from ebay, then respraying.
wings £65 x 2 from dealer, then spraying.
sideskirts...RARE but anyhting from £100 to £200 plus painting.
arch liners, £25 x 2 from dealers.
undertray and splash guards probably another £100 ish.
upper grill anything from £50 to £100
lower grill...

yeah, the tightness seems to be an issue but I think it's overtightening and cracking them that's the problem. As for the washer jet they are ~£7 each from a dealer and would take like 30 mins to change. I can get the part numbers if needed mate?
you simply use your manual adjustor on the dash as you would with non-hid headlights. I don't understand why everyone is obsessed with the legallities of having xenons added as a modification.
yeah the tubing runs down the passenger side inner wing to the front of the car. Check that the pipes are still attached correctly where they come out of the bottle. Also there is a T piece connector somewhere behind the pass side headlight but this will probably be a beeatch to get to.
