it's the easiest, just depends on the size of cable you're using? I drilled a new hole in the bulkhead just under the passenger dash/glovebox area and fitted that with a grommet so I wasn't limited as to cable size.

depends on the size of the wiring really. If it's got a 10A fuse then personally I would not increase the fuse size as you've more chance of melting the cables! 100w bulbs are not legal anyway as they are too bright (100w @ 12v is over 8A) If the bulbs aren't 'E' Approved then they are not...

I don't see why not. I would get the wiring diagram for the ph1 172 and also for the 182 switches. Compare the diagrams and solong as your confident set about butchering the wiring to suit the new switches. :evil:

front fogs are an optional extra, whereas the rear has to have one by law. I don't believe the front ones will even be tested.
