the head unit will be max power so you will have around 20wRMS
i'd recommend against connecting 6x9's to the head unit (6x9's have no place in audio imho)
you'd be better off just getting some mid bass in the oem positions
the amount that my radio gets used it might aswell not be there tbh
most settings are lost on most but it's nice to have them as a little tuning can help alot
i'm yet to find a unit that comes close to my 9815 (although it think i might have found one on the alpine site:dapprove:)
@guysy that software didn't really do a lot found pretty much everything thing with some recovery software
windows has gone and it's getting wiped with dd for windows
yeah i know what you mean but you can make it very hard via software means.
i want to keep the os in place other wise i'd let dd go urandom on it for a while
i'm selling a laptop and want to leave the hard drive intact with OS
the laptop is broke so can't format the one partition and re-install from backup.
so i was looking to see if some one could help me wipe the empty space of the drive.
thanks dink
well got my server up and running with OMV and 5.75TB of HDD's
cron job to shut it down every night and a WoL app on my phone to wake it up.
no raid so living dangerously
major flaw with all headunits is that they have very small amps in them.
so changing headunit and speakers can make it sound "worse"
you can adapt the KTP-445 to work with other head units but thats only what i've read
i bought a 60GB ssd a while ago for my laptop that has just been replaced but if i had to buy a new it would definitely be 120GB+
i've got a corsair force 3 now and it's loads better than the ssd it replaced
i'd take it apart for a start as most just use standard laptop drives
then that takes the case controller out of the equation
then stick the drive in a pc to see if it works
do you know what the port tuning frequency is of your box? as the subsonic should be set just below that
phase should be set so it sounds best i.e in phase with the rest of the speakers
LPF. a good place to start is always 80Hz and go from there
Gain. it's the one that needs to be right.
