    whiteline arb fitting

You don't want to be supporting the car under the rear beam, you need to have the car's weight support elsewhere. It's good to have something under the beam/ wheel to just hold it up stop the beam dropping right down, but it can't be supporting the car. Then as 1812lsd says, clean up the thread...

    whiteline arb fitting

Most likely some dirty/rubbish/ corrosion on the threads. Get some WD40 or similar on there and leave for a bit to help free it all up a bit. If it gets really tight, I wouldn't recommended just going balls out on the bolt as they can shear. Work the bolt in and out a bit is needed.

    Still white smoke

O right. Not such a good sign then. Gargling sound, as in air bubbling through water? This^^ Something isn't right[/COLOR]

    Still white smoke

How long ago was it done? As silent_scone says, might need a good clear out, could be dampness in the exhaust etc from when it first went t1ts up. Keep an eye on your levels to make sure it's not using coolant or mixing with oil etc.

Video of removing a 197 engine

Crazy fool with no helmet! big crash but could have been so much worse, specially if the tree impacted on the passenger door area.

    Humming sound from rear wheel

Definitely sounds like a wheel bearing for sure! If it's on right hand bends I would suggest it was the rear left wheel bearing that is failed. Jack it up and spin the wheel, you should hear it grinding away and spinning freely generally.

    dCi not running properly......

Worth doing a leak down/ compression test done? Although being a bit intermittent not sure it's likely to show something, but it's a pretty cheap test that can be done to tick something else off the list of possibles.

    dCi not running properly......

I'm not familiar with DCI's, but was that air in the fuel line in the first video clip? Run it low on fuel lately?

Brakes dont work after changing discs and pads!

Very true indeed!! (Although you would normally see some degree of braking, just very very poor braking. Could well be though!)

Brakes dont work after changing discs and pads!

Can be done with the ignition off. Engine running just provides the vacuum for servo assistance. Rest the cap on the top though, as when pumping it can cause the fluid to "blob" up, so will stop it going everywhere should it do it

Brakes dont work after changing discs and pads!

Go see where the level is. As above get the cap off and check the level. If the piston hasn't moved back out the callipers then the level will still drop a bit once the piston has moved.

Brakes dont work after changing discs and pads!

Any strange noises being made? (I doubt it...but seen it before....pads in the wrong way round. Yes...friction material facing away from disc) Pull a wheel off and see if the piston in the callipers have moved back out at all?

    Used CAT Covertor

Is it a genuine CAT? Worth a decent amount if it's a genuine one, not much if not. I decent metal scrap yard will give good money for it.

Would the police stop you for having tinted rear lights?

As well as the brightness of the bulbs being one of the important factors for being pulled over for them. A lot of people overlook the fact that they have built in reflectors which are a legal requirement. When tinted like above, I would imagine the reflector is 95% useless. (Not to mention...

    Whining (sp) on cold startup??

It's nothing that needs fixing if I understand it correctly. It's just one of the quirks that the RS's have I believe.
