Not at all mate, I've seen your car around. You're at the Uni right? I used to own the Racing Blue 182 Cup, parked in the Uni car park at Ravelin Park. I just don't think I could DO parking sensors.... heh heh

If you were in the 182 with the private plate at the junction of Valder Av, Milton Road - then yep that was me. PARKING SENSORS!!!! That's it!!! I wonder how much!!!??!?!!?!?!? Would want them colour coded naturally! ;)

Me + new car + recaros (obscuring rear view) = s**t at parallel parking. Which isn't ideal when your bird lives in two up two down land in Southsea, where parking is a nightmare.

In total agreement with you Dan. It is a fantastic car, fantastic handling. I love mine.

I got what I considered a fair trade in price for my 182 Cup - £7600, last week. It was on an 05 plate, with 22k miles. Bought a 197 R27 at a VERY good price.

Also on the aerodynamic front..... is the bonnet slightly lower than the front panel, so there's a slight lip of around 3 or 4mm? Or does my bonnet need adjusting? Other than that now done 250 miles and the engine is certainly starting to sound sweet, especially further up the rev range...

According to a couple of people on the renaultsport forum, the foam used for the R27 is the stuff where you don't need to have to jack the car up. So Renault have scrimped and removed the jack. As for the vanity lights some say there are no vanity lights in the R27, but I have seen them on 2...

First up my R27 has no jack. We all know how ****e the tyre foam is. Why no jack? Secondly who has vanity lights above the sun visors? Someone I know has them in his 07 plate LY R27, but I don't. Last of all, I got no cargo net are these no longer standard??

The LY R26 Megane was still there. Looked fantastic. But not as fantastic as my car. ;)

Yeh it came a week early (was due week starting 5th November.) Loving the fuel economy! ;) 23.9mpg currently. Heh heh.

It was quite sad knowing that the old girl would be going, but I had one final blast on the way up to Basingstoke to pick up the R27. Turned off the M3, on the way back to Portsmouth and took the A272 route (those in the know this is a nice road) - It is superb around the bends, so planted...
