Z3M Roadster
Clio Trophy
306 Rallye
106 Gti
Mini GP1
Worse ones are the 2 x e46 M3 Individuals (Velvet Blue manual & Aegean Blue SMG) with all options ticked. Sold for £6k and £9k respectively :ROFLMAO:
I have one. Took it out my clio years ago and its been in all my cars since :ROFLMAO:
Car looks fantastic, great deal at £1500, probably even better deal at what you paid haha.
Just to give an alternative opinion .... take the runsh4ts off your Mini (if you havent already) and it'll ride like an XJ6 Jag instead of a 172 on Spax coilovers (y)
The Cup Racers of that era ran a 15" Speedline 2118, so that is what 99.9% of "trackcars" on CS run.
Pretty sure i ran 195/50/15's on the Trophy as they were similar rolling radius to the standard 16" turinis.
I advertised it for £13,995, Millenium paid me £13.5k, then put it up for £15,995, then they traded it off to James Paul who have it up for £17,995. Madness :ROFLMAO:
Yup, was very much a one-off, can always buy it from James Paul :ROFLMAO: 😂

Nah, the saloon, put MHD Stage 1+ on it, went rather well
Left the touring standard in case i put warranty on it/in order to maximise resale etc.
Before i mapped the 335i, i gave it a full service (oil/filters) and changed the spark plugs and coils - both being weakpoints when mapped.
If you have a spare injector take them in case something goes wrong i guess?
Id argue that the 718 is still depreciating, wheras the 981 has been out a while, is arguably the far better car and has already plateaued depreciation wise, if not risen a little on this time last year. Mine was a 981S manual with all the right options, inc. the very rare LSD. I could have...
Why have you got capital and depreciation as costs? If the car was bought for £8,928 and sold for £4,928, its depreciated £4k.
The only capital expenditure is the interest lost on said money whilst it was invested in the car surely? I feel like you've doubled your cost of ownership there,
My...
Thats the thing, the main difference for me was the changes in the torque convertor lockup ...
I mean in the ZF6 if feels like it doesnt do it till about 4k rpm sometimes 😂 the ZF8 is something daft like 800rpm so it already feels great.
Haha, sorry, actually had some work to do yesterday 😂
My only experience has been with the e9* platform so far, but for that, its a massive massive change, that is a ruddy old bo now though, the ZF8 in my M135i was light years ahead, so perhaps the law of dimishing returns applies for the F...
Its useful at the moment as the change bag/wet weather gear/shopping etc can all go on the buggy, also lockdown baby means we havent exactly been travelling around all over the place anyway :ROFLMAO: we were going to get a Babyzen YoYo, but decided that it was just a little flimsy for walks in...
We're at 6 months and i cant see any reason why we would need to change what we have for a very long time!
Our buggy purchase was based solely around the need to fit in the boot of Sarahs TT with the seats still up, naturally (as with all my big purchases, i created a spreadsheet to compare...
I bought an 11 last year for that very reason!! Ummed and ahhed about the Pro for the telephoto lens but just couldnt justify it ... actually ended up getting Sarah an X a couple of months later for comparison. Glad i didnt pay the extra for the Pro tbh, literally never use the telephoto lens on...
Same. I do love these old ones.
Also, they are at the kind of price point that when the engine does sh1t itself, you can have a go at rebuilding it yourself. Or dropping an LS in it.
Excellent purchase @Jason_E
Barring the interior. f**k my eyes.
So this sold yesterday to the chap that owns Millennium Heroes/Fast Classics/Octane Collection ... he rocked up in a mega mile '56 plate 335d touring that this will apparently replace, but i fully expect it to be back up for sale at eleventy billion pounds in due course.
I cant complain...
I loved faceid, right up until the point we all started to wear masks all the time  Paying for stuff now requires a pin again, instead of faceid/thumbprint.

Am strangely enjoying wafting about in the X5 😂
£32k at Mark Fish probs gets you a cambelt service lol. Its where people with more money than sense take their clios. Tbf, it will likely be a very high spec and well done, just not mentioned in the advert
They sell thousands of cars, pretty sure they are straight from bca auction (or similar), so go in with your eyes open. Bargains to be had, but dont expect the car to be perfect, or there to be much in the way of aftersales ... you arent paying fancy showroom money though!!
