You can have the pump and rail for postage costs if needs be :) Its not like I'm going to need it when I'm taking the DCI engine out for something bigger soon. I do have a set of spare injectors too but haven't a clue if theyre fucked or not as I haven't had them tested

Sounds to me like a pump issue or fuel rail sensor having a hissy fit. You'll need a good diagnostics tool to read live data. Once you do, go on live data , watch the fuel rail pressure on cranking. Definatly not EGR Ive had this twice on old fuel pumps/injectors. One pump did what you...

Nope , I can download the maps through the Delphi diag tool from my ecu and then use the other software I've got to rewrite the maps. Altho I havent a clue how to rewrite maps and don't really want to try it whilst it's my daily lol
