Where as I stupidly cut the clips off, bolted the bumper to the wings, filled the gap so it looked proper.... And now I cant take the bumper off lol

Take the roof skin off your 182 and swap them over. Held on with s**t loads of jetspot welds screen out jobby.
or take out the sunroof , silicone the black surrounding trim and bolt it back down. Stopped mine leaking and I can still open it
You'd go 180-200bhp on those injectors pump from a BMW. The point with Bosch is there's so many nozzles to choose from, it's what you want then you spec them.
That's where the dci 1.5 falls short , no nozzles can be found easy
So I'd say different nozzles, Pump ( loads of types on the R series...
I don't really like miss matched bays but I don't want an engine conversion in a black engine bay , for the fact I can see feck all in there lol
Haha point proven, I would go 1.9dci mate, cheaper and easier. Will drop straight in aswell apart from the box.

I see what you mean. I'm in desided wether to paint the bay silver or white so I can work on the engine easier ... Ie oil leaks lol

imo 1.9 dci conversion as there's forged internals ready for those
ive machine polished the bath tub...... and carpro sealed the guttering above the conservatory as im sick of balancing on a scaffold board above glass to clean the green crap off lol

had it on a master van before. would struggle to start. it ran after cranking whilst waiting for the fat lady to sing.
drove around find for a while and then cut out, started up again and the died a few mins later. refused to start after that.
swapped the pump and jobs a goodn.
injectors...
brown is metering valve, green is temp on the k9k delphi pump.
put abit of easy start down the intake ( or brake cleaner ) and try fire it up. hold the revs below 2k if it starts up, this should run all the air out.
leave it on idle after for a while.
It should fire on non coded injectors having done that myself many times
the c2i codes are purely for fine control of injection
does turn over or turn over and chunder like it's trying to fire up? injector plugs all on correct injectors not no 4 on 3 and no3 on 4 ?
