as title is an 7j et +20 wheel to lower of an et to run ? i belive the std wheel is et 45 and i ran 20mm spacers so that would be et 15? i would just feel safer running without spacers on track any input most appreciated thanks steve

hating the fact i have to put my std suspension back on, but could someone please tell me what order the parts go in just so im sure? im thinking it was strut- spring- spring plate- bearing- bottom half of top-mount- retaining nut- top half of top-mount then the last bolt? thanks steve

iv tried everything i can think off, I have tried using penetrating spray, putting my C-spanner on a bar and heating up the ring with a blowtorch. i haven't had any luck with any of these :( is there anything else i can try before i finally give up and buy a new set of coil-overs? any help...

iv just fitted a witeline rear anti roll bar and im woried im going to have problems. iv got H&R coilovers and the rear spring platform has a thread that sits below the rear beam ther is about a 10-15mm gap between my anti roll bar and the spring platform. are they going to hit each other or is...

do these just pull out of the lower inlet ive taken out the 2 bolts holding the rail in place and disconected all the injector plugs so the only thing holding it in is the injectors themselves. iv tried pulling them out but they dont want to come out. do i need to do something els?

iv removed the acoustic valve on my 182. blocked the hose with a skrew and pluged it back in its louder on aceleration but on de aceleration the whold car vibrates ??? is this normal because it feels horid and if thats the case ill put it back in thanks steve
