This happened to me when i had my megane coupe i brought a re-con gearbox from reno and it hadnt got the circlip it had a plate over the diff with three 13mm bolts
Ive got a mongoose exhaust and i used a poly bush at the back because the exhaust was moving about to much and it sat to low with a standard rubber,it now sits just below the bumper
You can get round the restriction i know someone whos got one in a van ,i think the standard ecu senses the higher boost when its turned up and shuts it back down.
Im sure the 21 turbos are the same until you chip them

I have got the mongoose twin 3.5 round and mine hung low so i changed the rear exhaust bush for a shorter poly bush,it pulled the tailpipes up to the bottom of the bumber and reduced movement of the exhaust massively
Alot of people have coilovers and never set the camber up,ive just brought a set of h&r coilovers with camber correction bolts and im having them laser alligned when ive fitted them.otherwise there doing more harm than good
You might aswell buy one already done,i think nick at hillpower has got a williams lump knocking about id have it rebuilt first or atleast stripped down checked and new gaskets, water pump,tensioners etc

I had an autowatch alarm fitted on my 172 it was really good value for money it was cat 1 it had anti highjaking and sense & tell when it bleeps when someone looks through the window etc it cost £270
The bloke who fitted said you wont get a better alarm than the standard renault one
