Erm, it's a USB keyboard.. unless it's different to the last model..?
And, Mac's run Windows now.. ;)
If all else fails, you could get the drivers from Bootcamp.
Ah, I don't use my iPod at all.. :)
The Macbook Pro, has been fixed twice - one when the battery went crap and then one when the power adapter cable broke - absolutly faultless.. they picked the laptop up (or just the adapter), fixed it, and delivered me it back.. AWESOME. That's...
?
Why do you even need to contact Apple?
ALL technical support can be done by a 3rd party Apple Service Provider?
I've found the entire Apple system 100% faultless up to now..
I have a Macbook Pro and a Dell D420.
If you're going to be using Windows, 100% do not buy the Mac.. whilst it works, it's just silly.. the Dell is better for Windows work.. and it'll be the same between as the Philips.
Dell's support has gone to complete s**t.
They say 4 hours, but the last 3 times I've contacted them for various hardware failures, they've taken 3 days to "decide there is a problem". They get you upgrading firmware on hard drives, raid controllers, etc.
A year ago they were awesome, now...
Get a spam filter.. and hope it gets detected..
Although, some do get through.. can't do much about it.. apart from getting a new address and waiting until you get them again.. won't take long tho :P

Vostro range is new, can be a decent spec and they have good on-site warrenty options. Oh, and they were cheap.. altho, that was last month.. Dell prices have changed the last couple of days :)
You sure they aren't scam e-mails?
Because if people were signing me up to credit cards, I wouldn't be worried about an e-mail address.. ANYONE can sign up any e-mail address which isn't taken.. someone elses name etc.. so it's not that "verifyable"
KDE functionality, with GNOME looks.
I've been saying it for YEARS!
KDE works really well, GNOME looks a million times better, heh.
Altho, not sure what it's like really recently.. I don't have a monitor on any of my Linux boxen :rasp:
Some of it is a direct rip from OSX, as always.
But, from what I've seen, they've gone a bit further and there's some really good features now..
Don't use it tho.. now a Vista user on my laptop and XP on desktop :rasp:
;)
