ok geezer at work has been pestering me to sort him out a computer for about 2 month now. As im currently juggling 3 jobs, thai boxing, gym, girlfriend and social life, iv not really got the time to ***** about building him a comp, and I can be arsed with hassles if anythin goes wrong with it.
Anyway, I told him i was waiting till the end of July for when Intel reducted their chip prices (I read it somewhere).
I think the best idea is to just point him in the direction of a half decent spec comp that he can just buy that comes with warranty.
Anyone bought anything recently? And recommendations?
Nothing too fancy, just for general use, sorting photographs, some video editing, downloading, creating dvd's etc. Prob core 2 duo, 1-2gb ram, 300gb, etc.
