Lol, it's not there delivery that's at fault, they just can't seem to process the orders within a day. I always order the night before I would like or expect it to be processed. 50% of orders end up taking 2days to process.
Compare that to i4d who'll process an order in a couple of hours it...
Cl panel craft in Braintree are quite good, had a few bits and wheels done there in the past but probably not the cheapest. There is supposed to be a very good one in maldon but can't remember the name, will look into it.
Also carriage works or something like that in dunmow are very good but...
Have you got a suitable wash routine already? you should ideally be washing, tar remover, iron remover, claying before you apply any new wax or sealant. that should rid your paint of most if not all wax before you start to polish or cleanse.
Rejuvenate just seems a pretty good and safe alround product that is easy to use via machine or hand. admittedly it didn't leave quite the finish that HD cleanse did but not far behind. I'm a little lost with tough prep as it still seems to fill from pictures on DW, I can't imagine they're...
A new layer of wax will only be as good typical as your original layer of wax, as soon as that starts to deteriorate your new wax bonding to this and not directly to the panel doesn't have much choice
Unless you have a super durable base wax topped off with a short lived glossy wax, best to...
nobodies mentioned that Z2 is a paint sealant (a very good one) and not a polish, therefore apply amigo, then Z2 sealant, after regular washing top up with Z6 quick detailing spray, then once a month or when you think the beading and sheeting is dropping off wash then top up with Z8 spray...
providing they've been oven baked (as they normally do when powdercoating) it shouldn't be a problem. I picked mine up at lunchtime, and was applying it before dinner the same day once I was home from work
depends on speed, pressure, temperature etc. you should be able to see the residue start to haze clear instead of cloudy. have a look through Gallys / Dave KGs guides at the top of the section again.
G5 works at 30mph, is easier to apply as only needs one coat then buff off, lasts for maybe 6months.
G1 works at higher speeds and not quite so well below 40-50mph, harder to apply as requires 3 coats, an ipa mix to remove residue, but lasts for 1 - 2 years
Re: Rainx - the dogs bolloks!
Didn't know Bouncer was doing glass sealants aswell? thought he only produced Bouncers 22 and Fizz? waxes
If you're having to apply rainx every month then I wouldn't bother, get hold of a bottle of GTechniq G5
Re: Rainx - the dogs bolloks!
Rainx only gets used on the shower screen and house windows. Not a product I would recommend on the windscreen. I'd rather use a synthetic QD.
Have G1 on both cars and wouldn't use anything else, although not tried the nanolex range. Had my windscreen replaced...
I'm amazed at the length from turbo to inlet, has anyone looked into shortening the run or is spool up not too bad.
I'm sure I've Seen universal IC's with one sided inlet / outlets like that used in the VAG IC
any set of 13cm speakers will fit, might have to cut off and fit standard spade connectors.
Pioneer do a direct replacement component set that work well with the standard headunit

were you able oto remove it completely by continuing to buff the panel? if so I'd say too much applied or not alloud to cure long enough maybe. if not it may be down to hologramming from not applying the BH properly ir from the pad and polisher combo.
Had exactly the same issue Saturday, a good QD spray and a soft MF colth should lift it provided it hasn't affected the bonding of your wax. ie it was dropping contaminants as you laid your wax or as it cured. If it has been left some time then give it a quick wash first as this may remove the...
Autoglym intensive tar remover is better at removing tar than ironx. I use ironx then followed by Tardis in my details as ironx just doesn't remove it, maybe if you scrubbed at it.
A proper tar remover sprayed / wiped on will start to break down and dissolve the tar, simple requiring a 2nd...
7th wash, 29th June, 8 weeks since application.
First of all I just want to say that both waxes are present and still protecting, just not to a level that I'm happy with.
Car has had mixed use of me using it for driving to and from my building sites, nice and dusty, parked near the same oak...
