In all honesty i can't see the grooves really helping that much, But would be good to hear feedback from you as to whether they help or not. have you tried any of them RC5's or 6's or whatever they are called

Just get some grooved discs then. just don't drive with your windows open because all the extra dispersed gases that come off due to the grooves may harm your health and taste rank.;)

Yep which is caused by s**t pads so fitting grooved discs won't solve that problem. Get decent pads and standard discs Job done

Got nothing to do with gases. Heat, s**t pads and fluid is the reason for brake fade

Fork located in the release bearing correctly? Come to think of it no there shoudn't be any play iirc. you can move the fork to the left but it should be solid when moved to the right

City powder coating is £20 a wheel. But as Dan said you also have the wheel specialist (laptab) on the tyburn road at double the price of city but i highly recommend them.
