Well, I can see the pics now, so I dunno if it wa my PC being odd or theyve been put back??? How do I order these things then, as I looked on the site and the "ClioSport" logo aint on the drop down list.

Getting my new Cup in about a week & a half and wanted to know if the standard CD head unit was any good??? Does it play CDRs too?! Also, are the speakers 1/2 decent or are they crap? TIA

Theres one in Manchester (I was gonna get), thats a Dec 2002 52 plate car, 4k miles, lady owner, wants £10k for it... Plus, Mat Brown is flogging an almost identical one for the same. My new one wasnt much more though, hence why I went for that. Some good bargains out there if you look.

Well, I seemed to have owned most of them now... In no particular order :- Clio Cup 306 Rallye 106 GTi R5 GT Turbo 205 GTi Currently got a 306 Rallye (for about a week) and an R5 GT Turbo, then next weekend the Rallye is gone and a few days later the Cup arrives. Had a 106 GTi for 2...

Damn straight!!! And none of this air-con b0ll0x either... ;) Going from a 306 Rallye to a Cup aint a big step up in performance, but its got more toys (no more wind up windows), is brand new, has no miles on, comes with a 3 year warranty, I get 3 years AA cover, plus its cheaper to insure...

Yup, went and saw my mate at Renault again yesterday to talk through the prices and stuff to get exact figures and also to see if he could get me one pretty soon, rather than having to wait until mid September for a factory order... Anyway, the price was right and he found a dealer with 2 new...

Dunno about gains, but after hearing a 172 or Cup with an unduction kit fitted you WILL want one... :D I ordered my Cup yesterday and it will be ready in just over a week, so I am already thinking about ordering an induction kit! ;)

Or the Group A Escort Cossie that my mate bought today... Its an ex M-Sport (Malcolm Wilson, aka Ford works car) and is a pukka serious competition car, running a straight cut box, anti-lag, etc... so is a f*cking quick car!!! God I cant wait to drive it! :D

Renault seem to be making some of the safest cars at the moment. A Saxo or 106 is only 2 stars, Im glad I never crashed my old 106 GTi and a Clio is still safer than a 306 at 3 stars, but thats ok.

Sunroof you say... According to the Renault website you can get a sunroof in a Clio, but its not an option for either the 172 or the Cup as its "greyd out" on the configurator page, so maybe an aftermarket fitted one???

The 15" tyres for the mk1 are cheaper than the 16s on the mk2 & Cup...
