it's cost me £10 for the leds (white ones are the most exspensive)
so £20 is a rip off lol
it is faily easy to do if your brave enough and are good with a soldering iron ;)
yeah there is normally push fit connectors on the wiring for the hu on the red and yellow wires
iirc plug both the wiers into the red wire coming from the car if not try the yellow

ive just fitted a yellow top optima in my 1.6 and it is well nice. stopped my lights from dimming on bass notes.
the only problem is the cables coming from the under bonnet fuse box are a little too short
its only 55Ah aswell

15s sounds sh*t tho???!! Not as punchy and generally the choice of loud neds...?
bit of a generalisation(sp) for 15s there i bet the RE xxx 15 dont sound to shabby;)
how did you check the wires?
if you used a multi meter did you check for voltage on a known earth?
because as soon as you pull currrent on a bad earth it will look like the voltage has gone but it just means the earth has risen above 0v
that just looks like a HV connector for the lamp
id say the starter will be a metal case box about the size of two fag packets
plus the voltage drops to 85v after about 10th of a second

the only thing with sealed though is, is it just a thud thuding bass or nice boomy deep bass? may be a stupid question but i have only ever heard ported subs lol if somone can convince me a sealed box is the way to go then ill start...
bass is non-directional so it doesnt matter where the sub is placed
rear fill just means you have speakers behind you that usually run at a lower volume so as not to screw up the sound stage
