Cheers Simon. It definitely has a centre box It’s way too loud for my tastes. I like the idea of having a stainless exhaust so may visit my local exhaust guy to see if he can make it a bit quieter .

Good question! I’m in a similar boat with my car. It came to me with zero history yet I’ve managed to track down previous owners who state there was a large history file with the car. It seems it got lost along the way.

I dont have any pics to share but is it not the case that they reused the rain sensor and therefore the fact it’s been stuck back on, makes it look different? When I was looking to buy a Clio recently, the rain sensor on a lot of the cars I viewed, looked the same as yours.

Hi mate, I’m in Scotland also and have been looking for A 172 Cup/182 for a while now. I’ve looked at a lot of cars and the majority have rusty arches and filler neck. My advice would be to stay well away from cars that are rusty as you are only going to end up chasing this for the duration...
