I have a feeling mine isn't fitted right. It's really deep and droany and when you walk away from the car you can see the tailpipe etc under the bumper.

It has certainly made a difference, the car is a lot more responsive now. I highly doubt it has lost power.

Well, it is all remapped now. Somehow manged to lose 7kw of power so it is only 102kw now compared to 109kw before. It revs to 7500rpm and the torque is 177nm. I thought you gained power with this lol?

Ok, when I first owned my car, the reg would not register on various insurance quote sites. On the DVLA it comes up as a Clio Sport 172 which it is. Just popped my plate into the Bell checker and it has come back saying Clio V6 2596cc :s On the DVLA it still comes up as a 172. Any ideas what...

Were there already screw holes in your splitter?

I find if I take it for a blast and then do 60-70mph the noise is heading towards unbearable - can't talk to people in the car and that. Toodling around it is fine though. I have done about 300 miles on mine so far, just wish it sounded like it does when it's cold, all the time!

I used 2 scissor jacks, about 50-60cm off the floor, just enough so I could easily get the drill under.

I have just literally put it on. I jacked the car up and then had to drill holes into the splitter and bumper. I then used the self tappers provided to hold it to the bumper. I advise asking somebody to hold the splitter to the bumper whilst you are drilling and fitting it. It can get fiddly...
