Ok guys, heres the update....
Crank pully has been machined with a timing pattern and refitted, new timing sensor has been mounted, ecu wired in, and then...... nothing...
Problem with the ecu I had supplied, so thats getting replaced....
But in the meantime they tried one off their Focus...
Ok, as that company says, basically it lets more air in, so you can mix more fuel in, so that in turn you get a bigger explosion - thus more power.
Now what they are on about is modifying the standard single throttle body that all fuel injected cars have, where as throttle bodies means...
In addition to my previous comment all praise to ya for doing something different, its great to put effort into ya car and at the end of it have something that really does look good

Its just for doing the bonnet yeah? then its not to bad, expect to pay a couple of hundred for that...... but you do get what you pay for(Most of the time anyway)

Did he remember to leave the radio tuned into Classic Fm? All of the electronics are linked......and if he didnt thats his problem the ECU has got upset, now if he takes another radio outside and plays Classic Fm at it at full blast..........
