i hate it! if anyone is thinking of going northbound on the m6 in the midlands dont! last time i saw they had blocked the motorway off northbound just before junction 10. just taken me an hour and a half to get 7 miles. and that was avoiding the motorway! my left leg is now numb from the heavy...
messing about in my boredom, doing online quotes, thru direct line, tried the reg of my old rt 1.4 which i have done in the past no probs, but this time it says its a 1.8 rsi! think its an error, or do you think someone has done an engine conversion?
dunno if these are any good just did a search in googe, might be worth a try though!

i think my clutch may be getting rather worn, its heavier than most valvers ive been in, and gets soft if im stuck in traffic for a while. its on the original i think and its on 54k now. Would it be worth getting a williams clutch fitted? i hear these are more durable, and what kind of cost am i...
one thing you might consider though, ive seen a cup after an accident and a saxo after an accident, cup held its shape well driver was ok (was on this forum) saxo not so good, didnt see driver but car was well mangled wasnt even a high speed collision.
on mine the bonnet was packed out to push it foward slightly to allow for the bad boy bonnet, either way should work ok though!http://www.angelfire.com/or3/derv3/images/newpics/tn_new07.jpg
bad example using bass junkies, they have 3 shops in the midlands one of them quite large, and at least 20+ staff. the internet stuff came after they started their business. but i can see what you are saying some internet companies dont have the overheads of large national stores like halfords etc.
i dont earn a great deal, but then again, i dont drink, smoke, or go out clubbing, so that saves me a small fortune! at the moment i dont owe anything, i just keep saving up till i can afford to do what i want to do.
btw, my mate drives one and is always giving it the biggen on how fast it is
ROTFLMAO!!! they are sh*t slow, my mate has one, in my old rt, i used to give old sierra 1.8s grief. even if you had trouble keeping up on the straight show it a corner. escorts dont like em much!
you will need some sort of solinoid so you can still pop open the boot. you can have a spare button on alarm fobs made to do this. the original lock will need to be taken out and a small metal plate welded over the hole and smotthed. dont know much more im sure someone here has had it done and...
i know what its like to come off a bike too, only a kawasaki 125 (sp ?) first go on a bike (my mates) on an industrial estate, slipped on some deisel, now have a large scar on my knee, and my left shoulder sags a bit. thats was only 20mph. glad to hear you are on the mend, and welcome to the club!
ive been to 2 rolling roads, first one got 112 bhp at the wheels, second got 99 bhp at the wheels. no changes made to car. dunno if the wheels might have been slipping a bit on the second one, cus they had trouble strapping it down as the tracking is out.
i agree with the good/bad customer service at halfords, sometimes you get someone who really know their stuff, then other times you get a total muppet! i went in ages ago for a second neon tube for my boot install, "sorry sir we dont sell them anymore" ok build my install without it, go to get...
