It will vary from car to car. Its dependant on tyre pressures, coolant temperature, ambient air temperature, oil temperature...the list goes on.
Search previous threads as Im sure the technicallities have been discussed in depth (to save repeating).

You could fit a passive crossover to each of the speakers that you want to filter out the bass to. I would recommend you get the amp and sub first, fit that, play around with the filter on the amp so it sounds how you want, and then buy the crossovers for the speakers as they are not usually...
If the amp supports high-level (speaker level) input then you can splice into the - of a left speaker channel, and the + of a righ speaker channel.
If amp does not support high level, you can buy a converter to drop speaker level back down to pre-amp level (RCA).
Hope this helps you

With a turbocharger when the engine starts pulling boost, its as if you have upped the compression ratio because the cylinder is pressurised with ambient air (and fuel) before the compression stroke has even started.
With Nitrous Oxide, the gas is simply squirted in, and because it is so much...
That car is one of two built by Jun. This one was built for accelleration, whereas its brother (the Hyper Lemon) was built for top speed.
The car probably puts out around 750-800 bhp on UK fuel. It runs a big pair of turbos and was featured in Banzi magazine a couple of years ago.

DannyBoy - Dont listen to these hooligans :)
You run her in like I did - it builds more excitement as you gradually move up the revs as the miles go on.

Many amps will let you daisy-chain the RCA leads, meaning you can go from head unit to AMP1 with the first set of leads, then connect AMP1 to AMP2 using a second set of RCA leads.
The easy way to tell if an amp can do this is to look at how many RCA terminals there are. If there are only 2...
Hi Rick
If the amp is 4 channel (4 sets of + and - outputs) then you will only need 1 RCA lead. However, the only way you can power your components from the same amp is by the following:
The amp must have a low pass filter that can control only 2 of these channels (the one that the sub is...
This is a really good thread. Lots of mixed thoughts here.
I think Joe is right in saying that an advanced driving course is the way to go. I intend to do one because there is so much I dont know about how my car drives.
I only have just over 2 years driving experience, so it would be plain...

I think driving fast is all about assessing the situation in the first place. If its 12 midnight, no cars around, and you can see most of the way through the series of bends you are about to hammer it through, then youre probably gonna pull it off.
It doesnt take too much common sence however...

I think its just the edge of the pedal pushing down past the base of the stopper at the bottom. I looked and there is no wiring and the base does not move.
I got one nearly 3 weeks ago and it has really opened up my eyes to what a fun car is. I thought the faster the better, far less regard for handling, chassis set-up etc than what I have now.
The 172 (and 172 Cup) really are a complete package. They are so fun and involving to drive, quicker...

There is a unit made by Jacobs Electronics which is very highly regarded in America. The unit activates N2O at a predefined RPM level, protects against weak fuel mixtures by shutting of N2O if the fuel pressure drops too low, and also allows you to map your own timing curve!
I have never heard...
Gaz: Thanks for your help - will let you know how it goes on Sunday as thats the first chance Ill get to have another go at it.
