Then you just feed the wires through for a tidy job. It takes ages to do and is really f**kin fiddly but worth it in the end I...
yeah, go for it. Is Car Audio Centre in Nottingham? Not too far from me if it is. Ive done a few installs in other peoples cars and my own, but I dont really have anything to show for it if ou know what I mean, and I ripped out all my stereo gear a couple of weeks ago so I couldnt even show them...
Its a VERY common problem on mk1 clios. Your lucky it was only a dirty connection. On mine it had shorted out and melted a load of the plastic around the connector!

Yeah, Ive given my RT a pretty hard time but the only things that have needed replacing have been brake components that have gone through wear. Does go alright for a 10 year old 1.4, and always starts first time etc. Ive fitted Apex suspension and 15s with 195/45 tyres and it handles like a go...

I would make a joke about the valver probably being in the garage being fixed anyway! but I wont....

http://www.cliocup.comwww.cliocup.com - This website has some information about the series as well as links to many of the teams websites. You could try looking at those to see if you can find any contact details of who supplies the cars in their race-ready state in the first place.
No idea...
Sounds like your RCAs are picking up interference from a power cable somewhere. Best bet is to strip out the interior and run the cables under the carpet rather than down the sides if you want to get rid of all interference in the signal.
