clio 182 racing blue turbo build

If it's started to boil there's underlying issues. The few I've mapped with the coolant pipes routed like that have sailed through the 300bhp barrier without any issues. Sorry to say! That'll cause more issues than how you've done it. Such as melting header tank lids. Had that happen on my...

    Fuel Trip computer playing up

Bare in mind that range mileage is worked out on current MPG. So if the mpg average has just been reset, this will be jumping around, as will the range.

    My 182 on Rolling Road.

Sorry but It had lost the oil before that then, 4 miles loosing 4 litres you'd have smelt it, cabin would've been full of smoke from it hitting the exhaust and you've have been able to follow your oil trail back to tesco. Even a failed crank oil seal won't loose 4 litres in that amount of time...

    My 182 on Rolling Road.

How far did you drive it without the cam seal in!!? They don't fire oil out under main gallery pressure. Megane pistons are still liable to cracking ring lands, even more so if different fuel has been used to when it was mapped. Do it right do it once imo. Forged build or not atall.

    My 182 on Rolling Road.

Popped an oil seal out didn't it? Excessive crank case pressure is usually the cause of that. What Pistons is it on?

    My 182 on Rolling Road.

You're talking about rotrex yeh? Rotrex state the unit is not serviceable. Yes mine was brand new and unused. Internal oil pump failure resulted in it pumping the oil out and not drawing it back in. Paul at rstuning said he'd had a few do this.

Lack of power, checked almost everything

Open the dephaser and see if oil pisses out of it.
