Re: Team Djw's Dedicated Track Toy Project
Good stuff John!
If you don't finish it in 13 weeks you wont for another 2 years then! I would try and get it done before the wee one comes.
No, not a quick shift. Just repositions the stick far higher with no additional travel along with taking out any play making it a much more precise gear change.
Cheers mate, I've got a box of random bends that I'm going to make into solid pipes with only a few silicone couplers. Should look...
Got another delivery that I look forward to fitting. Quality looks top notch! Cheers Andyrg !
Also been mocking up the intercooler pipes and seeing what works from the last setup. Nothing is the answer. I can see me making a visit to focrs again for him to work his magic on them! :o
Re: Team Djw's Dedicated Track Toy Project
Lol, never put money on mine! You will lose.
WHEN it is done though, it will be a belter! Lol
Team DJW, finger oot!
Re: Road/Track 172
You'll not be doing 110. Fastest I ever got was 103 and we've all got the same car essentially.
Check with gps or a vbox and you'll see how far off 110 you really are.
Will not be making any parts for a while till this one is tested but will do.
yeah, same head but mine is designed around a 172 cup alternator so would need to measure up for a non cup alternator setup too.
