Nowt wrong with ACL's that I've come across. They are the only bearing used in most Scooby builds that are running big power and the bearing to use by most scooby engine builders.
IMO on top is the way to go. Keep the hot stuff away from thing that dont like it.
Nice manifold the RS tuning one. Might try and make something myself like that.
Totally agree with Chip on this and this is what I did with my downpipe. I used a gasless MIG then got it TIG'd up by someone who knew what they were doing.
I actually always thought that tagged bearings were to make sure it was put on the correct way hence it it always offset to one side...
Very similar spec to mine apart from turbo (I have the gt2860rs) and I am using vernier pulleys and a custom inlet manifold.
Look forward to seeing how they compare.
That's the purpose of it so I presume he has one.
Ktec were the only ones I know of but there's really not much to it so any exhaust place or fabricator could make one.
