    Your most "worthwhile" modification

I'm in on the second group buy and my hopes are high. Powerflex wishbone bushes also delivered yesterday and i'm still thinking about the Mark Fish solid top mounts which i got "over"quoted for... This in total should tighten up things nicely

    Camber bolts - few questions

Yeah i can imagine they have to be tight, a sudden hit on the suspension could cause it to shift ! I had my doubts about the elongated holes, so have H&R i think as they do'nt sell them anymore like that. Camberbolts will hold better (i have to say that mine have stuck in place well with...

Powerflex wishbonebushes; no instruction for welding sleeves..

i had suspected this, thanks Fred. I read Godspeeds post in a thread that the tackwelds were'nt enough for his driving style (track) , they came loose. Afterwards he made three seem/tig welds, a couple of cm's each.

Powerflex wishbonebushes; no instruction for welding sleeves..

I have bought some and i know the sleeves have to be tack welded or maybe even a bit more than a couple of tacks. However mine came without instructions ; How do i know the correct position of how the sleeve should sit in the arm before/when welding it ? I have a general idea because i have...

Should I replace OE induction after fitting cams?

I was thinking the same, timing issue. Thank god it worked out nicely with the timing as they went in because it got me pretty damn good torque and prob sacrificing a bit of topend. Torque curve on mine was a good steady one , in difference to some other cars with the same cams who had a dip...

Should I replace OE induction after fitting cams?

Henk done mine too, was there on his rollers. Funny that i'm also one of the few where he did the dephaser shutoff at high rpm.. The power died off pretty quickly at high rpm before he did this; now with the r****d it keeps on a bit further up. He also said my induction setup, which is the...

Misfires, power loss, coil pack was changed recently but problem came back

"When there is loss of power the engine sounds slightly different and fuel use goes up a lot. It's not really possible to accelerate much when it happens, not even when I shift down a gear." this and the restart solving it temporarily, sounds like it. Just the sensor over here in Holland is...

    itg maxogen

the old feeds are pretty thin mate, remove all of those including the acoustic valve and buy some 73mm caf and feed it down the same route the old ones did. The caf can be bought pretty cheap too, ebay and some others but you'll have to search; ca'nt remember exactly who sells them
