I struggling to find OEM dampers too! rear beam has an intigrated ARB. The only bushes on the back are what attach the beam to the car.

Im still having this issue. I have changed the wheels round and still get the vibration. I can best describe the vibration as hesitance in the engine when accelerating, as if its shaking etc. this is really pissing me off! Another thing I have found is that if I accelerate slowly upto 120...

I had mine RR'd @ Hill power on a RR meet. Mine made 152 ATW, other modified 172's were making similar or less power to mine. ;)

Ive googled a few places, it has a horizontal run out on the inner edge by about 3-4mm and a vertical run out of about 2mm. Repaires seem to be in the region of £90 per wheel!

I have a couple of F1's that I have bent over the years, I have a slightly bent one on the car at the moment, only an issue over 80+ mph. Is there anyway of getting them straightened out? I know if you hammer alloy to much it becomes harder and more brittle and prone to cracking.Any companies...

Done a quick search but cant find anything and its a bit of a n00b question. Any particular way/process to re fill the coolant system after fitting a new rad? do I have to bleed the system etc? also do I need to use the green renault stuff or is the red pink stuff you can buy from...

The damage :( Punctured my rad (already taken the AC rad off a few months before becasue a stone punctured that) its bent it right back into the engine compartment, snapped a few fins off the bumper too. I just lauched the hare over the fence with a spade, stupid f**king thing!

going to take it out now, but I have to take the bumper off. A Hare, its like a rabbit but with longer back legs.

Its also done a good job of bending my radiator too! now ive got to get the damn thing out. poor thing :(

Thats really strange, I have 172 cup springs on my ph1 and they sit exactly the same as Russ_16v's Ph1....
