All the needle bearings will be in the box, you can get a new shaft re use the box but dont think it will last too long!!! Either get it stripped and cleaned out or source a new box.

No, like I said all engine mounts are fine.

yeah its a pretty easy job, unclip the handbrake cables from the calipers, undo the brake line unions, unbolt the lower damper bolts and drop the the whole thing down. :)
