Takes the PH1 out today and noticed a strong rubber smell, I've taken it back home and noticed the spring (tentioner?) on the aux belt is pressing against the belt !? Where is this tentioner meant to be sitting ?

Does anybody know if the electric power steering systems fitted to the 1.2/1.4/DCi models has a detached ecu or is it coded to the cars primary ecu ? Cheers Paul
