Help needed with Cup setup

Hi everybody,

I'm in the middle of installing a cup setup on my PH1, All the aircon and stuff is out and I've removed the blower section of the vents (The bit with the aircon rad in it where it pulls in two)

Now from here I have 2 questions:

1. Does the cup blower simply replace the blower part or will I have to change the plastic sections that feed into the car ?
2. What have other people used to cover the "Circulation" hole under the steering wheel ?
