Those bolts dont need doing up too tight.
Looking at the inside of the inlet manifold it would benefit you a lot if you gave that a good clean out, and also clean out the inside of the plenum and tb. You'd be surprised what difference it makes. On the 3rd picture down, looking down the inside...
Try resetting the self adjuster by taking the cable off the clutch fork, pressing the pedal to the floor and then pull the cable from the clutch end, and put back on the fork.

Take the lower rad hose off to drain it. Its easy to get to once the airbox is off. Theres 2 ways to remove it. If you cannot get the cross member off you can unbolt the fan assembly from the back of the rad, pull that out the way from the top. Now with a bit of wiggling the rad will come...
The Gates kit is ok to use, the aux belt kit is way over priced as its £130 from Renault!! Your trusted garage will need the procedure from the manual and the special tools.
If youve still got all the old receipts and the receipts for the stuff youve done theres nothing to worry about. Any buyer that has some common sense wont worry about it being stamped.
Most invoices these days will have exactly whats been done, the parts used and your reg on it.
You have to buy the whole lower wishbone from renault. have a look on ebay, theres a store called cliospares that can supply just the lower ball joints.
Yeah its on the front of the block, I dont think they bring on warning lights though, but they do log faults in the ecu iirc.

On your car its right in front of the fuel tank under the car on the drivers side. Its held in with a plastic retainer. Its very easy to change but the fuel system should be de-pressurised. I think it should be changed every 36k. You can get one off the shelf in Halfords...
If the steering wheel is off centre it means they havnt done it right. Even if one side is out they need to spend time adjusting both sides (to compensate the other) with the wheel centred to get it just right.
Im with Priviledge, my windscreen got cracked this time last year, I had the windscreen cover and only had to pay a £75 excess. They sent autowindscreens out iirc.
