It could well be the ballast that has gone. I'd swap over the good bulb with the bad one and check first if it's actually the bulb that has gone. So you know, the higher up the K you go, the less light the bulb actually puts out. 6000K are about the best balance between look/light output, but...

On a 172/182 it's usually a bumper off job. On my car it's a 5 min job changing bulbs - the advantage of having a tiny 1.2 engine ;)

Yes they fit fine. You should be fine legally with any colour 8000k or under. The standard Renault colour is 4300K.

Front door strips are a piece of pish to get off. Open the door, remove the black grommet on the back of it where the side strip sits, look inside and you'll see a clip thats attached to the strip. Stick a screw driver behind it and push it towards the back of the door and they pop right off...

In our garage, you'd be told £2k + before you even started to talk proper figures. You can get garages who'll do full resprays for £600, I've seen one and it was utter w*nk. Never be tempted by overly cheap bodyshops.

Splitter is around 150 from Renault IIRC. Front bumper you'll need to have sprayed anyway so best going to a bodyshop.

Looks fine, see R8 FTW!'s car, it has standard wings with rs rep sideskirts. Also yes the sport bumper is a straight fit on non-rs's just need to get new arch liners.

Madness to paint cf, never mind horrid bloody green. The adding bright colours thing is dead in the water and looks pish.

As said, the cup blue was mondial blue, the standard 172 was monaco blue.
