Easy job, its only 2 bolts, pop the rear on axle stands unde the lower nuts then the top and fit the new ones.

You can wind the piston back by slotting a flat bladed screwdriver in the slots and turning it clockwise, it should move fairly easily. The brake pad with the lump on the back goes at the back resting on the piston, the lump fits in the slots on the piston. Also make sure the caliper moves...

If you buy cheap aftermarket discs you will have to put some new bearings in them. Its a lot of hassle to take your old bearings out or and it will probably damage them, its also a lot of hassle buying new bearings and fitting them. How I understand it the tdc sensor monitors the position/speed of the crankshaft, this info is used by the ecu to control the ignition and timing. If the sensor is faulty the ecu will be getting the wrong signals at startup. Where it is positioned it gets covered in dust and can also corrode.

Its right, they are wired correctly. Most cars only have a right side foglight on the rear. If you want the left to light up, you will have to bridge a feed from the right to the left.
