    Don't forget the spring rate of the 8kg will be nearly half effectively because it's mounted inboard of the shock, so the motion ratio is like 0.5 making the 8kg more like 4kg.

    As Brigsy said then, does your steering boss have the tabs that locate into the squib. OMP ones don't tend to have them. The Momo ones do.

    I've done 3 track days and they are about half worn. They have 10mm of material when new. I have them in the rears too, so the fronts aren't braking as much as they would with OEM rear pads.

    Bed them in properly and they'll be fine. 10 stops from 90 to 30 then let them cool fully overnight.

    Yeah, they now come with them. My first set I just took the springs off a set of cheap pagid pads.

    PBS's don't rattle because they have the springs like OEM pads do.
