Regular oil changes will keep the M32 box sweet. It's the bearings that go in them. Fuchs Titan 75w90 is decent or Valvoline TDL SynPower 75w-90.

Not the rear beam bolts. The ones holding the seats in go all the way through, it's those which he wants to spray.

He means the bolts go through the body and are exposed to the elements underneath the car, so he wanted to spray with WD first. Not really needed though, if they're tight just stick the 17mm socket on a breaker bar.

Looks very similar to a Milltek. It should have a logo tag welded on somewhere if it is.

Check the lower strut bolts are tight too, any play at the bottom will travel through to the top mounts.
