Not a misfire or anything tom? sounds normal to me my 1.6 was werid some times and would idle really high and would fluxuate sometimes but never fixed it due to it only doing it once very 3 months or so
Yea most dents can be done. Yea mark when i had my old clio thought about having this done, i got one in my new one that i might have done.
i know someone that done it funny the name is dings and dents the little blue minis you see about.
Lol they are one of the easier cam belts ive ever done (normally on a ramp though) and you can tilt the engine up or down to get more room at the top/bottom, and that top rear bolt of the back cover is always nice. the covers i dont normally have a problem with. But you have done well so well done.
Exhaust blow will be down to the cat to middle section joint the joint comes loose and the exhaust blow,
Clutch pedal sounds like the self adjusting mech is adjusting to much
Cold start could be down to a TDC sensor.
Garf yea needs moving up its still work in progress at the mo, what do ppl reckon blue or red caliper had sliver on my last clio. cheers for the replys.
Sounds like a duf UCH if it does it again check that everything work had one in, i had to break in to it (long story) but no central locking non start no light no wipers nothing.
I know no some scenics ive seen they can make them non start or run like a bag of nails due to EGR and boost sensor and refrigereant pressure sensor on the same kind of 5V feed thing, but im unsure if it will do it on a clio.
Exhaust on RS are rubbish they rarely see 3 yrs old, that was a bodge job that some one got and fitted on there like a mate of a mate job. Who ever did hat must be mad.
