So im looking into building my own brake lines in my track car to get rid of the ABS system and have the line for the rear brakes inside the car!
but im not sure on the width of the pipe ill need to use and/or the fitament of the unions!!
does anyone know if theyre all a standard size??
would...
in my old room at my parents house i have.....
gaz coilovers,
pollybush dogbone mount
vibratchnics engine mount
aerocatches
OMP 3" 4point harnesses
Sabelt renualt sport wheel
thats off the top of my head, im sure there is a lot more!! :D
sorry, but LOL at not being able to undo a pretty big bolt with a 4" bar!! what did you really expect!!
get tubes to an axle stand and slide it over the end to make the bar longer, just make sure its a nice fit or it will slide off!
you will drink more if you get rid!! i guarentee!! lol,
i no longer ever have that "ill not have a drink incase i need to drive later" moments! which tbh is really nice of a sunny sunday afternoon!
ive not owned a car for 4 months now and tbh im quite enjoying not having the financial drain of...
all cars will freely go into gears with the engine switched off!
what does it do with the engine on?! lol
does the leaver go down and the car remains solid??
if so then the rear brakes have either binded or colapsed!!
if things start to look dodgy, please lead him on for as long as you can and post the replies on here!!
P-P-P-P-P-P-Powerbook style!! lol

someone might have taken the spacers out of the seats, makes them sit about 10mm lower.
but as people have said, the mounts are identical, and so is the shape of the seats so i cant see them being much different.
if youre trying to do it with the front wheels off the floor, then put them back down again, and try and just use a large breaker bar on the socket without an allen key
theyll sometime undo like that, but failing that, as said youll need to go to a garage and get them to get them off with an...
sorry, i dont and cant get any more pics of the car, shes long gone!! :(
3point harnesses you could probs install without removing the rear seats,
just remove the bolt that retains the rear seatbelt clip and use the eyelet as a bolt to secure the clip! but it will still be awkward getting...
are you refering to harnesses??
you should recieve eyelets with the harnesses,
in the back they screw in where the rear seatbelt clip went, and where lower end of the rear seatbelt bolted to the car
in the front you can take the bolt out of the pretensioner to remove that a screw in an eyelet...
my anti roll bar was against my subframe, and driveshafts were hitting the inner wing until a modified them,
no majour problems, but it is rather embarassing getting stuck on speedhumps!
as said, a very impressive dyno queen, and a gorgeous piece of and engineering.
but would be horrible to drive on anything other than a lovely straight bit of road!!
still nice though :D
aparantly laindon was rammed last night!!
one of the one times i dont bother going down there!! haha
since nearly having my car taken off my up at EXCEL, ive kinda decieded to lay off the scene a little bit and get drunk at the weekends instead!! its proving rather fun for now!! lol
Tyres were 165/50/15
coilovers i remember were 9 threads from the bottom on Rokkor Coilovers, i never actually measured the height unfort
and the rears were on custom made spring designed to lower 90mm, i had to customise the rear bumpstops because the springs were too low and it sat on the...
