There are indeed two feeds, one which takes air just behind the NS headlight and the other which takes air below the NS headlight unit .... but via the "mystery" vacuum operated valve (which is open most of the time). It would appear that Reno dont even know what this valve does. A few on here...

I normally use Autoglym. Apply with a brush and leave for 10 mins and hose off. I also use Autoglym Super Gloss polish on my standard 172 wheels, so the brake kak doesnt stick the same to the wheels.

I second my fellow zorst anoraks (Mike) comments re noise :p. They do get queiter after a few hundred miles or so. Just a slight tendancy to be boomy at 70 if on a climb or accelerating.
