More Rallyday 2007 @ Castle Combe Pics.

Looks like an awesome day, would of loved to have been on track with that kind of machinery. I hear that Martin in the Reyland Cossie was doing 1m14s laps!! and the 3dr thundersaloon wasnt much off that too.

    182 BTB Exhaust Systems....

Seems like a lot of bitching by people who cant afford the exhaust they would really have liked to of bought instead. Congrats on shifting all of them, hope more premium products are produced for the Clio Sports :)

    Racing Blue 182 R111 *** M4 onto M32

This morning, just after 8am i think. Had a cliosport sticker in left lower part of rear window. I was driving a tail lift wagon so wouldnt have noticed me.

Changing f fogs to driving lamps

Dunno what the looms like under there but id imagine feeding the front fog switch by the full beam one would be straight forward. This way they can be isolated, or when in 'on' position, auto come on with full beam. No relays or fuses would need altering/adding.

    Fitting Ferodo DS2500 pads

Shims stayed in on mine, just grinded a tad off the edges, work fine with very little squealing. On last legs now after Combe :(

Can a garage fake a dyno run??

Thats your best bet. Those two graphs cant really be compared, both are horrid to work out whats going on! 27deg aint to bad if it was a warm day. If they input it high (position sensor somewhere warmer) then the corrected figure will over read. Edit; if you really want to see the difference...

    Jooliona

Gonna have to take a look at this exhaust at next airfield, mines rattling like hell now and i need a quiteish exhaust.

Can a garage fake a dyno run??

Quite easy to manipulate figure on a dyno run. Ambient temperature used to be a favorite but even joe public spots that these days. Check power/torque crosses at 5250rpm. As for the power holding, this could be due to a limit of some description within the engine. 6bhp is a reasonable gain...

    More Clio's @ Castle Combe - Eurofest

LOL, that was interesting, luckly had lots of room and little traffic. Id been grabbing more and more of the curb into the esses, seeing how much i could get away with, i found out! The offside front caught the lump inside of the curb, took us off balance and caused understeer towards the...

    ps3 question

How can there be no difference in the cable below 5m yet over? Obviously it will be exacerbated over long distance but different cables will give different levels/noise meter for meter.

Other stuff on track @ Eurofest 2007

The second car in this pic was the quickest i saw, amazing machine!

    ps3 question

No point including cable when the customer can go and choose what quality they want after. imo a £30 lead is prob good enough but if you want A1 quality or longer distance you may have to spend a little more, eg, http://www.tvcables.co.uk/cgi-bin/tvcables/680250-50m-hdmi-cable.html

    Cliosport @ Eurofest 2007

Really would be awesome, syncoronized tri-poding around Quarry

    ps3 question

iirc you need to buy the HDMI cable seperately. Cant believe the expensive cables make that much difference so i just went for a known brand.

    Cliosport @ Eurofest 2007

That was good fun following him, nothing i could do tho with his power advantage.

I've Never Seen Anything Like This In My Life

Reckon thats got a small front sprocket and a large rear one ;) Think the bike hits its ~180 limiter in this but gives a good example of acceleration http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zxz4j94Dvuk

    so racist

Plank? Indeed Montreal and Quebec are primarily French communities but the rest of Canada has >23% of its population with French as there mother tongue, id say thats a significant amount. Anyway back to the topic.....
